In 2001, what began as a dream became a reality.  Combining years of experience and a recognition of the need for good quality paints, Paradise Chemical Corporation acquired the license to manufacture and distribute the renowned Sinclair brand with production focusing mainly on its Acri Color and Tru-Tone Tinting Colors.

In a fast-paced world where people have ever-changing needs, we realized that making good quality paints was not enough.  We then resolved to deliver the highest quality products to customers across the nation by being at the forefront of product innovation.  This commitment has pushed us to develop our own line of products under the brand names: Destiny Premium Quality Paint, Elegancia Paints and Bingo Paints.

Breaking boundaries, we are the first in the market to manufacture Kooltex Heat Repellant Roof and Wall Paint, an elastomeric roof paint that staves off 50% of the sun’s heat; Liquid Bond, an all-purpose cement enhancer which can be used as a tile adhesive and waterproofing compound; Bluseal, a water-based elastomeric sealant; Epoprime, another water-based product that serves as an epoxy primer and masonry waterproofer and Flameshield, a fire retardant solution.
